The relentless assault on Gaza by Israeli forces has entered its 461st day, with the Palestinian Ministry of Health reporting a devastating increase in casualties. Over the past 24 hours, 70 people have lost their lives, and 104 others have been injured in attacks across various parts of Gaza.
461 Days of Conflict
Since October 7, 2023, Israeli strikes on Gaza, supported by the United States, have resulted in 46,006 fatalities and 109,378 injuries. The Ministry of Health highlighted that many bodies remain trapped under rubble and along roadsides. Efforts to retrieve them have been hampered by Israeli forces, preventing medical and civil defense teams from reaching the deceased.
Ongoing Humanitarian Crisis
The prolonged conflict has exacerbated the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, severely impacting civilian life. Restricted access to healthcare and continuous security challenges add to the already dire situation.
